How we work
Every project is run by the same senior person
The person who understands your project at the start is the person still answerable for it at handover.
The team is matched to the project
The right specialists, at the right level, for as long as you need them. You are not given a fixed team and then charged for the parts of it your project does not need.
Independent by structure
Vela works only on the owner's side. We do not build, and the design we check is produced by other firms. That separation is set out in our appointment, so the advice you receive is based on your interest alone.
